Operations Finance Analyst

Position Overview

Job Summary: The Operations Finance Analyst provides analytical support to improve financial and operational performance by monitoring key metrics, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Analyzes revenue, labor, expense, and operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintains KPI definitions, reporting standards, and supporting documentation to ensure data consistency.
• Supports budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis by providing timely and accurate data and insights.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of operational initiatives and summarizes results for leadership review.
• Partners with Finance, Operations, Clinical, and other departments to gather and validate performance data.
• Prepares recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses to support operational decision-making.
• Assists operational leaders in tracking improvement plans and monitoring progress against established goals.
• Supports process improvement and cost-saving initiatives through data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 3-5 years

Physical Requirements

• Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
