Overview

PHOENIX PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands globally. Express focuses on modern, confident, and effortless style for various occasions, while Bonobos is known for exceptional fit and personalized retail. Both brands are available in over 400 stores and online.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great in-store shopping experience by managing merchandise flow and ensuring products are available and sized correctly.
• Coach and train stockroom associates as needed.
• Process shipping and receiving orders according to Express standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized stock room for efficient merchandise processing.
• Coordinate product pricing and markdowns.
• Support check-out processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Share product, promotion, and loyalty information with customers.
• Aid in the onboarding and training of Sales Associates.
• Assist with product launches and changes according to company SOPs.
• Help customers locate products and manage online orders on the sales floor.
• Handle multiple tasks and customers simultaneously.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant job experience.
• Meet defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Proficient in using technology (iPad, registers).

Pay Range

$16.00 - $23.50 per hour.
