Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Apply now", "See more open positions", etc. Also remove "Kindly be advised that we are handling the recruitment..." etc. Also remove "Plantible Foods is an equal employment opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove fraud alert etc. Also remove "If you are interested..." etc. Also remove "Plantible Foods reserves the right..." etc. Also remove "As we continue to grow..." etc. Also remove "⚠️ Recruitment Fraud Alert" etc. We need to extract substantive content: About the role (maybe "We Are a Biology Company" etc). Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe education/experience. Qualifications: maybe similar. Skills: maybe problem solving etc. Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: not mentioned. About the role

Plantible Foods is a vertically integrated biology company backed by Astanor Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, Piva Capital, Kellogg’s, and Vectr Ventures, unlocking the power in plants for people and planet. The mission is to create solutions that empower customers to make sustainable and regenerative choices without compromising on quality, beginning with the food industry. As an Operations Engineer, you will work on-site at the production facility in Eldorado, TX, bridging R&D and plant operations to evolve processes from pilot to commercial scale, support automation roadmap, and gain firsthand experience turning protein extraction byproduct into nutritious food products.

But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can paraphrase but must not invent or summarize away detail. However we can rephrase as long as we keep all info. Safer to copy sentences directly. Let's extract exact sentences: "We Are a Biology Company Plantible, backed by Astanor Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, Piva Capital, Kellogg’s, and Vectr Ventures, is a vertically integrated biology company that is unlocking the power in plants in service of people & planet. Our mission is to create solutions that empower customers to make sustainable and regenerative choices without compromising on quality. We are beginning with the food industry." "How You Will Contribute We are seeking an Operations Engineer who combines analytical rigor with hands-on curiosity - someone who loves data as much as they love getting their boots dirty. Based on-site at our production facility in Eldorado, TX, this hands-on, early-career engineering role will work directly on the plant floor to evolve R&D to commercial operations—while building the systems, work aids, and improvement roadmap needed for future automation and scale-up. This role offers firsthand exposure to taking the byproduct of our innovative protein extraction process and creating a nutritious food product." We can combine into a paragraph. Responsibilities: list items: - Operate downstream processing equipment on a daily basis to support pilot plant and production activities, especially during initial onboarding ramp. - Troubleshoot real-world deviations in production, and work with the engineering and operations teams to develop durable solutions. - Support commercialization team with product inventory management and customer-shipment readiness. - Identify, design and support implementation and validation of process improvements in collaboration with operations, commercialization, maintenance and controls teams. - Translate R&D findings into robust, scalable manufacturing processes through operator-usable tools, like SOPs and documentation. - Be prepared to transition trial-scale testing to the 24x7 operations team as the business needs scale. - Create a deviation-aware operating system: clear instructions for what to do when the process does not run perfectly. - Contribute to and promote a data-driven, continuous improvement mindset across the plant. We need to preserve the exact wording; we can keep as list items. Requirements: "B.S. or M.S. in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Bioprocess Engineering (or related discipline).0-3 years of hands-on experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical or ingredient manufacturing; new grads welcome." Note there is missing space after period before "0-3". We'll keep as is. Skills: "Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and data-analysis skills; comfortable bridging R&D and plant operations.A proactive, “get-it-done” attitude with the flexibility to work on-site at Ranchito as projects demand.Understanding of sanitary design, food safety (HACCP, FSMA), and equipment standards (USDA, FDA).A desire to contribute and make a sustainable impact!" We need to keep punctuation. Benefits: list: - Competitive health and wellness benefits - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Discretionary Unlimited PTO Program - Paid Holidays - 401k Program - Career Stipend - Career development and growth opportunities - Working in a rapidly growing, flexible and entrepreneurial environment - Team building and company-wide events - Financial support with your relocation, if necessary, ensuring a smooth transition - Lots of beautiful land for outdoor activities We need to preserve exactly as in text: "Competitive health and wellness benefitsMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceDiscretionary Unlimited PTO ProgramPaid Holidays401k ProgramCareer StipendCareer development and growth opportunitiesWorking in a rapidly growing, flexible and entrepreneurial environmentTeam building and company-wide eventsFinancial support with your relocation, if necessary, ensuring a smooth transitionAnd of course, lots of beautiful land for outdoor activities!" There is no punctuation between items; but we can split into list items for clarity. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; splitting into list items is okay as it's still preserving the content. The original had no separators but we can add
  • for each benefit. That's still preserving the info. Schedule: "Full-time". Also location maybe but schedule is full-time. We'll output:
