Responsibilities

• Oversight of operations, staff, budgets, capital improvement programs, and regulatory compliance for stormwater and wastewater systems, transportation assets, fleet, and municipal buildings.
• Shaping long-term infrastructure investments that enhance quality of life.
• Working closely with City leadership, elected officials, regional partners, and the community to drive innovation, operational excellence, and workforce development.

Requirements

• Experienced leader with strong public works or utilities expertise.
• Exceptional financial and strategic planning skills.
• A proven ability to build partnerships and lead high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Five years of management experience, including executive leadership.
• Valid Oregon driver's license.
