About the role

We are looking to add a key member of the Arm Operations Product Delivery team, which is responsible for delivering all of Arm’s silicon products and systems into reality. The successful candidate will have a proven silicon program execution track record and a deep background in back-end manufacturing of complex SoCs and packages, including working with OSATs and different foundries. This role involves complex operations stakeholder management of silicon programs from cradle to grave, acting as the conductor of strategic supply, logistics, quality, product and test, and other key external and internal stakeholders. This position blends deep technical expertise, flawless execution, and world-class end-to-end operations program management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end operations execution of Arm’s next-generation cloud AI platforms by collaborating with various stakeholders both inside and outside of Arm, working across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Identify, mitigate, and/or prevent technical and business challenges across multiple disciplines to deliver successful mass-production programs for our customers.
  • Own and crisply communicate operations-focused schedules, financials, risks, and help needed for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Infectious passion for program execution and a can-do spirit.
  • Systems thinker – able to see the whole picture and how work streams interlock.
  • Presence and communications – validated ability to influence and deliver exquisite communication at all levels in a sophisticated matrix organization.
  • Technical SoC hardware and software design exposure, with deep back-end manufacturing knowledge, including semiconductor foundries, OSAT, and testing processes and partners.
  • Self-starter – comfortable driving uncharted, high-paced programs with limited oversight.
  • Highly analytical – data-driven with strong problem-solving skills, able to structure complicated issues and find creative solutions to business and technical challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to facilitate difficult discussions, arbitrate different viewpoints, and speak up to ensure program success.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior execution or technical program management with back-end silicon execution.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Pay

Salary range: $274,600–$371,600 per year. Salary is one component of Arm’s total reward package, which will be shared during the recruitment and selection process.

Hybrid working is available, with teams empowered to determine their own hybrid working patterns based on the work and team needs. Some flexibility may be limited by local legal, regulatory, tax, or other considerations.
