Operations Director Automotive (Remote)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Operations Director Automotive (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will oversee operations across multiple automotive accounts, with a strong focus on client partnership, service performance, and financial results. The person in this position will work closely with clients and internal teams to address issues, strengthen execution, and ensure contractual KPIs are consistently met. It is a hands-on leadership role that requires balancing day-to-day operational oversight with strategic relationship management and team communication.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Manage performance across multiple automotive accounts
• Serve as a primary contact to automotive clients and discuss strategic initiatives
• Identify performance issues and develop improvement action plans
• Ensure customer service meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations
• Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates
• Conduct team meetings to facilitate communication and input
• Promote company values through advocacy for team members

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive industry required
• 5-8+ years of progressive operational leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen and experience partnering with clients to deliver exceptional experiences
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Pay

$115,000 – $140,000 annually
