About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational direction and strategy for data center capabilities and market share
- Support business development in data center pursuits across divisions
- Manage complex transitions and provide solutions in high-risk environments
- Drive deployment and post-deployment support for data center products
- Develop strategic tools and processes for a top-tier data center program
- Serve as the subject matter expert on operational management for data centers
- Consult with clients on operational aspects, expansions, and design
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of data center operations and engineering experience
- At least 5 years in business line expansion in a high growth market
- P&L management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of data center MEP systems and IT environments
- Experience developing mission-critical programs and DCIM/MCIM/CMMS systems
Pay
$275,000 – $275,000 annually
