About the role

Lithia & Driveway is one of the largest and fastest-growing automotive retailers in North America, with 400-450 dealerships across the U.S., U.K., and Canada. The Operations Development Program offers hands-on experience at a fast-paced, innovative company.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to dealership departments (Sales, Service, F&I, Back Office, and more!)
• Dive into core dealership operations with hands-on experience in Sales, Service, Parts, Back Office, and F&I
• Master daily store workflows through structured onboarding, shadowing top performers, and owning real responsibilities
• Strengthen customer, business, and operational acumen by working across multiple departments
• Collaborate directly with store and regional leaders through coaching, workshops, and strategic meetings
• Complete the program with deep dealership expertise and a clear, accelerated path focused on leadership potential

Requirements

• An associate’s degree (or higher)
• A strong desire to grow your career
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to listen actively
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail
• A fast-learning, adaptable mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
• A collaborative, ownership-driven attitude and openness to feedback

Pay

Starting at $60,000 during the 3-month training period. After training, you become eligible for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance.

Schedule

Full-time hours are Monday to Saturday, 8-5.
