Primary Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain employee time and attendance records in the timekeeping system
- Review timecards for accuracy, missing punches, and attendance discrepancies
- Communicate with supervisors and employees to resolve timekeeping issues
- Track employee attendance, tardiness, and absences according to company policy
- Maintain documentation for attendance-related corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations regarding time reporting
- Generate weekly attendance reports for management
- Generate daily headcount reports for management
- Auxiliary with leave tracking, including PTO, sick time, and other absences
- Auxiliary with attendance investigations when necessary
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of administrative, HR, payroll, or timekeeping experience preferred
- Experience with ADP preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Shift Schedule
Monday: 8AM- 4:30PM
Tuesday: 8AM- 4:30PM
Wednesday: 8:30AM- 5PM
Thursday: 8AM- 4:30PM
Friday: 8AM- 4:30PM
