Operations Coordinator - Full Time - Home Health
Essential Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily department activities to support operational objectives and workflow efficiency.
- Perform a variety of administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties with minimal supervision.
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, memos, charts, tables, graphs, presentations, and other departmental documents.
- Respond promptly and accurately to requests from department staff.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate ordering to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Organize and coordinate department meetings, events, and special projects.
- Aid in record keeping, filing, and maintaining departmental documentation.
- Support communication and collaboration among team members and other departments.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not-for-profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area.
