Operations Coordinator (Full-Time)

ChildServe’s Residential Group Homes offer 24-hour support and specialized nursing care for a pediatric to young adult population.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage systems utilized by departments including CareVoyant, SETWorks, and Central Reach (intake, discharge, payroll, reporting).
  • Ensure staff schedule is completed accurately and timely; collaborate with other services and families to schedule.
  • Manage schedules to cover open services resulting from provider absences, illness, and vacation.
  • Ensure billing is completed and processed; oversee billing reports, utilization, and supervision reports.
  • Monitor authorizations and provide backup for the prior authorization/reauthorization process.
  • Oversee file management, including quality assurance chart reviews, scanning, and updating annual packets.
  • Ensure completion of ordering, tracking, and managing supplies and equipment needs within each program.
  • Prepare departmental reports accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in an office or administrative setting, preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality regarding the affairs of clients, staff, their families, and children.
  • This position will be subject to COVID-19 safety requirements (specific requirements will be discussed during the interview process).

Schedule

Monday – Friday, general business hours.
