About the Opportunity:The OPERATIONS COORDINATOR DATA CENTER AND RAPID DEPLOYMENT OPERATIONS role focuses on managing day-to-day operational support after project launch. The position serves as the central point for coordinating service requests, issue resolution, vendor management, and operational continuity in deployed work and living environments. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, functional, and compliant experience for employees, contractors, and guests while protecting client satisfaction. Responsibilities:Coordinate daily operations post-deployment across housing, workspaces, and facilitiesManage and prioritize service requests including maintenance, housekeeping, and amenitiesCollaborate with vendors and service partners to resolve issues promptlyMaintain detailed logs, trackers, and reports on operational activities and trendsMonitor and protect guest and client satisfaction through surveys and feedbackCoordinate transitions including move-ins, move-outs, and assignment changesDocument and process post-deployment change orders with necessary approvalsEscalate urgent safety, compliance, or client-sensitive issues and recommend improvements Requirements:Experience in operational coordination or similar rolesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in documentation and reportingVendor and stakeholder management capabilities Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
