About the role
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and managing staff effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage during peak hours.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and updated as necessary.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on workplace policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to maintain service quality.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
