About the role

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and managing staff effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage during peak hours.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and updated as necessary.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on workplace policies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to maintain service quality.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
