About the role
Our client is an innovative technology company specializing in advanced unmanned aerial systems (UAS), high-resolution digital mapping, and AI-powered analytics. They provide critical infrastructure insights, particularly for transportation assets such as airport runways. As the organization grows, they are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support executive leadership and help build structure within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communication and coordination resource between executive leadership and internal teams.
- Support the CEO and COO with operational initiatives, special projects, and day-to-day business priorities.
- Cook up meetings, schedules, action items, and cross-functional communication.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
- Create and maintain reports, presentations, dashboards, and operational documentation.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Facilitate communication between office staff, field teams, and leadership.
- Maintain highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide hands-on support for leadership, including occasional errands and miscellaneous operational tasks.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, or business operations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- High attention to detail with exceptional follow-through and accountability.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Additional Details
- Reports directly to the CEO and COO.
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with conversion salary of $85,000-$90,000.
- Interview Process: First Round - Virtual interview with the COO. Final Round - In-person interview with the COO and CEO.
- Start Date: August 3.
- Overtime eligible (Non-Exempt).
- Professional business casual dress code.
- State and Federal criminal background check required.
