Core Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch jobs in ProBook to optimize technician efficiency and routing.
- Monitor same-day and next-day schedules in real time and adjust as necessary.
- Validate technicians for jobs based on their skillset, availability, and geography.
- Coordinate complex job types such as installs, callbacks, returns, and unfinished work.
Qualifications
- Experience in dispatch, scheduling, coordination, and/or project management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceTitan, ProBook, or similar systems preferred.
- A high attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows.
Requirements
- Flexible shifts based on business needs (approximately 600 AM - 900 PM coverage).
- An on-call rotation that includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- The potential for overtime based on workload.
Benefits
Compensation: USD $23.00/Hr. USD $25.00/Hr.
Pay
Hourly pay based on experience with performance-based raises and incentives tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Schedule
Flexible shifts based on business needs (approximately 600 AM - 900 PM coverage)
