About the role

PwC’s operations consulting specialists focus on optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. In sourcing and procurement, you will focus on optimising sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, supplier collaboration, and supply chain resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on relationships, building meaningful client connections and inspiring others.
  • Anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality.
  • Embrace increased ambiguity, asking questions and using these moments as opportunities to grow.
  • Lead the design of a module/set of modules within Coupa, identifying gaps, developing business and technical requirements, and leading project management activities.
  • Oversee junior staff and provide guidance and coaching to ensure their development and success on engagements.
  • Provide fact-based insights based on qualitative and quantitative data sets to support recommendations.
  • Communicate firm understanding of both Strategic and Operational Procurement practices, guiding client leadership and staff.
  • Oversee supplier enablement activities, including communications and training, and coordinate with change management teams during system deployment.
  • Oversee hypercare activities and provide recommendations and solutions to address any unexpected post-go-live issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead the design of a module/set of modules within Coupa.
  • Experience in identifying gaps, developing business and technical requirements, and leading project management activities.
  • Experience in overseeing junior staff and providing guidance and coaching.
  • Experience in providing fact-based insights based on qualitative and quantitative data sets.
  • Experience in communicating firm understanding of both Strategic and Operational Procurement practices.
  • Experience in overseeing supplier enablement activities, including communications and training.
  • Experience in coordinating with change management teams during system deployment.
  • Experience in overseeing hypercare activities and providing recommendations and solutions to address unexpected post-go-live issues.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
