About the role

PwC’s operations consulting specialists provide services to optimise operational efficiency and effectiveness. In sourcing and procurement, you will focus on optimising sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, supplier collaboration, and supply chain resilience.

Responsibilities

• Focus on optimising sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, supplier collaboration, and supply chain resilience.
• Work closely with clients to analyse sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.
• Build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others.
• Anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality.
• Embrace increased ambiguity, ask questions, and use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum years of experience: 3 years.
• Preferred qualifications: Master of Business Administration.
• Skills: Leading the design of a module/set of modules within Coupa, identifying gaps, developing business and technical requirements, leading project management activities, overseeing junior staff, providing fact-based insights, communicating strategic and operational procurement practices, overseeing supplier enablement activities, coordinating with change management teams, and overseeing hypercare activities.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
