About the role

This is a 12-month remote contract position with the possibility of extension. While the role is remote, preference will be given to candidates located in Boulder, Colorado. The start date is as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and compute resources.
• Follow and apply Major Incident Process and Change Process.
• Prioritize tasks based on severity.

Requirements

• Proficiency with the full Microsoft Suite of products, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Familiarity with the Windows operating system.
• Strong communication skills.
