About the role

This position is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
  • Create and publish high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

  • Experience with content creation and editing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to social media.
