Operations Clerk - Part-Time
About the role
As an Operations Clerk, you will coordinate the timely flow of trailers and paperwork needed in the process of receiving, storing, and shipping product. You will also control, inspect, and track inbound and outbound customer and vendor truck traffic.
Responsibilities
- Captures dock flow for all outbound loads
- Tracks and verifies paperwork and product on trailers
- Investigates shortages of product in the picking process
- Compares accuracy of supplier bills
- Selects and stages loads to be received
- Prints, distributes, and finalizes shipping and receiving paperwork as needed
- Inspects and records inbound vehicle data
- Verifies correct load and temperature settings
- Uses Yard Management systems
- Processes Company Driver check-in paperwork
- Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Qualifications
- May have a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with warehouse computer systems
- Previous leadership experience

$17.15 - $25.73 per hour
Schedule
Part-Time: Tuesday – Friday 12:30- 9:00PM (flexibility and adjustment may be needed)
