About the role

Part-time parking operations specialist position ideal for those seeking a second job or supplemental income. Hours are 5 to 10 per week with potential to increase. Weekend work is required, and shifts are primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations
• Write violations, wheel lock cars, and call tow company
• Assist customers with payments via a mobile application
• Drive your own vehicle for work (includes monthly gas mileage reimbursement)
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and seasons
• Work independently or with a supervisor as needed
• Attend bi-weekly remote meetings
• Pick up trash in parking locations
• Provide customer service, including giving directions and demonstrating equipment use
• Perform small repairs such as fixing damaged parking gates (training provided)

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation (must use your own car for work; reimbursement provided)
• Must provide proof of current car registration and insurance
• Pass pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle records check, and drug test

Pay

$20.00/hour

Schedule

• 5 to 10 hours per week (potential to increase)
• Day and night shifts
• Weekends required
• Holidays as needed
