Operations Associate - Westdale Mall

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Work with customers to provide assistance and answer questions.
• Executes pricing and signing - Change ticket prices and signs merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock the store - Assist in restocking shelves and ensuring all merchandise is available.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Omnichannel - Contribute to online and in-store fulfillment processes.
• Merchandise strategy - Place merchandise according to plans communicated by leadership.
• Participates in a learning environment - Absorb new information from peers or training materials.
