Operations Associate - Spanish & English Speaking

Application deadline: 29 August 2026. This is a full-time remote role based in the United States; sponsorship is not available. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Weekend work is part of the schedule.

About the role

As an Operations Associate, you will support the operations for our members across the United States. This is a hands-on, do-it-all position where you’ll manage member and grocery operations, provide support, and assist with reporting.

Responsibilities

• Answer members’ questions via phone and SMS
• Assist with member onboarding and offboarding
• Handle grocery operations and reporting tasks
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Collaborate within a small team, taking ownership of multiple areas

Requirements

• Two years of healthcare customer experience via phone and SMS
• Proven success in member support and relationship-building
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and exceed performance targets
• Interest in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health

Qualifications

• Previous US healthcare experience (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
