Operations Associate - South Park Shpg Cntr

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Work quickly and efficiently to provide excellent customer service.
• Executes pricing and signing - Change ticket prices and signs merchandise accurately and promptly.
• Replenish and restock the store - Ensure merchandise levels are maintained to meet customer needs.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Assist in unloading trucks and organizing merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Omnichannel - Contribute to online and in-store fulfillment processes.
• Merchandise strategy - Execute merchandising plans and maintain high standards for customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment - Absorb new information from peers or training materials.
