This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.
Responsibilities
- Perform verification checks on team's data entries to ensure accurate processing of information prior to daily trading deadlines
- New accounts
- Changes to existing accounts
- Closed accounts
- Cash activities
- Ensure all account documentation is received and properly submitted for archiving
- Create and maintain daily risk and control reports to ensure all activities are processed timely
- Create and maintain weekly quality metrics to help improve long term performance
- Update account parameters in proprietary system
- Process bulk change requests from a multitude of teams: finance, sales, billing and management
- Contribute to Oversight Management team projects & initiatives
- Partner with the Ops supervisor in work allocation and/or highlight must-go/escalated accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's (4yr) degree w/ concentration in Finance, Economics or related area of study
- 4+ years of work experience in Financial Services, wealth/investment management preferred
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Professional tact with excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly process oriented
- Able to multi-task under tight deadlines
- Able to work in tightly knit team environment
- Strong interest in starting a career in the investment management industry

Benefits
Salary range for the position: $70,000 - 140,000/Yr.
The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
