Operations Associate - Oakland Mall

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Work with customers at a fast pace, providing excellent service.
• Executes pricing and signing - Change ticket prices and signs merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock the store - Ensure merchandise is available for customers by pulling and preparing items.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Assist in unloading trucks and organizing merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Omnichannel - Contribute to online and in-store fulfillment processes.
• Merchandise strategy - Place merchandise according to plans communicated by leadership and maintain merchandising standards.
• Participates in a learning environment - Absorb new information from peers or training materials.
