Operations Associate - Mall @ Stonecrest

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, working with all the latest merchandise, and providing exceptional customer assistance.
• Executes pricing and signing - Changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store more efficiently than anyone else.
• Replenish and restock the store - Understanding customer needs and assisting peers and leaders in pulling and preparing merchandise to meet inventory demands.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Working with colleagues to unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards - Keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel - Contributing to omnichannel efforts such as Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy - Executing plans communicated by leadership for merchandise placement throughout the store while maintaining merchandising standards.
• Participates in a learning environment - Absorbing new information from peers or training materials related to merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of retail experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of retail operations.
