Operations Associate II

About the role

Our site in Aurora 500 is seeking a 2nd Shift Operations Associate to join the Pads Production Division. This is an excellent career opportunity for individuals with experience in a safety and quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Entegris CMP Pads using a variety of manufacturing equipment (laminator, CNC, die press, brush clean).
• Perform required data entry and record keeping.
• Perform required quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Understand and adhere to Entegris values, procedures, and policies.
• Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Comply with plant safety initiatives.
• Perform miscellaneous production-related tasks (e.g., cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One to three years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and team-building skills.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Computer skills: data entry, email, Excel, ERP systems like SAP.
• Team-focused attitude, eagerness to learn, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

Outstanding candidates will have:

• Manufacturing experience in a related industry.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.

Physical Demands

• Manual lifting of up to 40 lbs. when needed.
• Regularly required to stand, kneel, crouch, sit, walk, and occasionally climb or balance.
• Ability to wear a respirator intermittently, as needed.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (overtime may be required as per business needs).
• Weekend shifts will vary when needed.
