About the role

Support our high-profile clients by delivering exceptional service and operational support for Alternative Investment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to high-profile Financial Advisors and their support staff regarding Alternative Investment transactions, including subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, and document revisions/amendments.
• Field and document 30-50 phone calls per day on the Morgan Stanley Service Network via Genesys phone routing system.
• Maintain detailed call log documentation utilizing Salesforce CRM software.
• Partner with various teams within Morgan Stanley Client Solutions & Investment Solutions organizations such as Reg D, Transactional Processing, Product Management, Product Development, and Platform Solutions on processing requests.
• Engage in Ad Hoc projects that support various Alternative Investment Operations teams.
• Provide world-class service to Financial Advisors and their support staff.
• Participate in continuous educational training sessions to maintain knowledge of Alternative Investment products and systems.
• Follow professional telephone etiquette on all calls and handle interactions in a professional manner to maintain caller satisfaction.
• Ensure high service quality during interactions on inbound/outbound calls.
• Adhere to required schedule adjustments across the day.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a hybrid environment (in-person & remote).

Requirements

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to handle time effectively and clearly prioritize tasks.
• A self-starter with experience utilizing Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to stay calm and logically work through problems/issues as they arise, often under tight deadlines.
• Customer service oriented, able to handle multiple tasks at a time.

Pay

The salary range for this position is between $23/hr to $25/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.

Bonus eligible.
