Operations Associate - Greentree Mall

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Working quickly around the store, assisting customers with questions and requests.
• Executes pricing and signing - Changing ticket prices and signing merchandise efficiently.
• Replenish and restock the store - Ensuring merchandise is available for the sales floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Unloading trucks and organizing merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards - Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Omnichannel - Contributing to online and in-store fulfillment processes.
• Merchandise strategy - Implementing merchandising plans communicated by leadership.
• Participates in a learning environment - Absorbing new information from peers or training materials.
