About the Culture & Internal Communications Team
The Culture & Internal Communications team shapes Bridgewater’s culture and internal communications, collaborating closely with various departments to design and implement processes that reflect our values. Since 1997, our founder Ray Dalio has documented his lessons, starting with a Philosophy Statement that remains our foundation. In 2022, we re-wrote several principles, focusing on Meritocracy. The team's goals in 2026 include clarifying the culture, making it true, and leading the company through transformation. This role offers visibility into how culture and communications initiatives operate, with room for growth.
