About the role

We are looking for individuals who can manage the client experience and ensure high levels of satisfaction with our organization. The ideal candidate must be energetic, positive, and motivated to provide exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all correspondence with clients regarding service and claims needs.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to client needs, handling requests to completion or escalating to other departments or managers for complex issues.
  • Process service requests for contract withdrawals, surrenders, ownership, and beneficiary changes.
  • Explain contract benefits and provide comprehensive information about company products and contract transactions.
  • Strive to improve client relationships with every interaction and work to retain clients considering other carriers.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all products and current knowledge of customer support procedures, including business rules.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients in accessing and navigating the Aspida client portal.
  • Support teammates and leadership as needed to ensure high-quality service.
  • Promote our digital platforms both internally and externally as an agent of change.
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding developments within assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Associates degree required.
  • Must have NC Life License – will allow 90 days to obtain.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years applicable experience required.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must pass call center simulation testing to demonstrate ability to use computer, listen, and multitask.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and maintain positive energy in challenging situations.
  • Intermediate PC skills including all Microsoft Office Software.
  • Must adhere to schedule requirements demonstrating dependability and reliability.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Capacity to learn and repeat product specifics and business rules in a way clients will understand.
  • Stirred personality with the ability to work with and adjust to all personality types.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and customer support procedures.
  • Technical proficiency with the Aspida client portal.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain high morale in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

Full-time position with long-term incentive plan, full benefits package available, and hourly pay determined by experience.
