Supports the execution of the Techstars Baltimore accelerator program and the founder cohort experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, logistics, and event coordination
  • Assist in managing the Techstars Baltimore accelerator program and founder cohort experience
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in operations, preferably in a startup or accelerator environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
