Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, logistics, and event coordination
- Assist in managing the Techstars Baltimore accelerator program and founder cohort experience
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in operations, preferably in a startup or accelerator environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
