Responsibilities

  • Handle communication with clients involving service and claims.
  • Communicate in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Process service requests for contract withdrawals, surrenders, ownership & Beneficiary changes.
  • Explain contract benefits and company products to customers.
  • Be a resource of support for teammates and leadership.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer facing roles such as retail or food service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Psychology, History or relevant major.

Compensation

  • Salary range: $20-$23 USD Per hour depending on professional experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
