• Assist participants in developing professional communication, interviewing, and networking skills.
• Support resume building and career guidance.
• Coordinate with industry partners for internship placements, ensuring participants gain real-world experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to promote participant success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; no bachelor’s degree required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
