General Description (Major Areas Of Responsibility Of This Position)
- Aid the manager in the administration of the branch
- Train new employees
- Assist in evaluating employee performance
- Generate reports
- Perform daily data entry
- Act as a proxy for the manager and all personnel in all branch duties
- Execute all job duties
- Familiarize oneself with branch procedures and policies
- Demonstrate excellence consistently and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
Experience with branch procedures and policies is significant.
