Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, managing incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage and troubleshoot basic technology issues.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and systems.
- Instruct others effectively.
- Manage Zoom and other video conferencing solutions.
- Handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- May require travel to different locations for operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to safely drive a vehicle.
- Great communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Past customer service experience.
- Good troubleshooting skills.

This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
