Operations Assistant

Schedule

Full Time, rotating schedule; must be available for overtime.

Pay

Hourly rate: $23.96 – $29.94.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance.
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking.
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check‑in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct pick‑floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support slot sequencing, re‑slotting, and monitor out‑of‑stock (OOS) conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 3 years of related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree.
