Lorygen Group is adding an Operations Assistant to work across digital presence, accessibility-focused services, customer support, marketing, content, project coordination, and technology-enabled delivery.
About the role
The Operations Assistant will coordinate day-to-day workflows, records, schedules, and cross-team follow-up. This opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks, schedules, handoffs, records, and status updates supporting digital presence, accessibility-focused services, customer support, marketing, content, project coordination, and technology-enabled delivery.
- Coordinate routine handoffs between teams and follow up on missing information, overdue tasks, or unresolved requests.
- Review workflow data for obvious exceptions, delays, or incomplete records and route issues to the appropriate owner across digital services and customer delivery.
- Prepare recurring operational summaries, task reports, and status updates for managers.
- Document procedures, process changes, handoff requirements, and recurring operational issues while supporting digital services and customer delivery.
- Support process improvements that make routine work more accurate, timely, and consistent.
Requirements
- Strong organization, follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, task-management systems, shared documents, email, and workflow tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate work across different teams.
- Clear written communication and careful attention to deadlines and status details.
- Ability to learn documented processes quickly and identify routine exceptions.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
Pay
$52,500 - $59,500 per year
