Operations and Office Coordinator

About the role
We are looking for a part-time Operations & Office Coordinator to support our growing team at MIAS Inc. in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a flexible, 20-hour per week position—ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys a varied day in a dynamic, international work environment.
Responsibilities
- Process spare parts and service orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Support customer communication and coordination, ensuring a professional and responsive experience
- Manage shipping and packaging of parts and equipment
- Coordinate with warehouse operations and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide general office management support and assist with project-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or office administration
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or ProAlpha is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- Experience in an international or cross-cultural work environment is a plus
