About the role

The Operations and Analytics Specialist plays a key role in supporting the company’s publishing operations through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This position works closely with teams across the organization to optimize workflows, enhance reporting, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance and support business objectives.
• Collaborate with publishing, sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems or tools to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor inventory, production, and distribution metrics to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
• Support ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed to address business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for process improvement.
