Operations and Accounting Specialist

About The Opportunity

CFS is partnering with a growing organization seeking an Operations and Accounting Specialist who enjoys identifying inefficiencies, improving processes, and solving operational challenges. This role is ideal for someone who likes working with data, coordinating across departments, and helping drive continuous improvement through better systems, workflows, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Cook up scheduling, logistics, and operational workflows to ensure smooth business operations.
• Review transactions, documentation, and data for accuracy while identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Support inventory tracking, reporting, reconciliations, and operational data integrity.
• Utilize Excel to analyze data, uncover discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
• Manage shared inbox requests and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Aid with ERP implementations, software upgrades, workflow improvements, and business process initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, logistics, accounting support, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, or a related environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills with experience using formulas, sorting/filtering, and data analysis to solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively across teams.
