Operations Analyst - Supplier Management

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage IT receipts and monthly credit card reconciliation
  • Fulfill purchase requests from internal requestors
  • Establish and maintain relationships and communications with vendors across multiple different disciplines
  • Work with internal clients to see project goals are met in a timely manner
  • Audit, Negotiate, and manage our service accounts such as postage machines, water coolers, and printers/copiers
  • Handle the day to day management of the corporate cell phone program
  • Facilitate the completion of facilities related projects for local offices. ie. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, Construction, etc.
  • Administrate tasks relating to obtaining signatures from C-Level employees
  • Assist with global logistics and the managing of the logistics accounts
  • Handle one off projects as assigned by the COO and Senior Management

Main Requirements

  • Full time position, In Office
  • Experience in spending reconciliation, customer service, and project management is required
  • Experience with MS 365 applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Very organized, self-driven and able to work independently
  • Able to work in a highly secure and confidential environment
  • Availability for occasional travel, usually local within the area to visit local offices
  • Excellent English language skills. Other Language Skills are plus
  • Availability (40 hours/week), occasional weekends may be required
