Operations Analyst- NWPS

Responsibilities

• Process retirement savings plan cash flow transactions
• Maintain investment database
• Interact with trading partners and internal staff to resolve discrepancies
• Handle benefit payments and cash deposits accurately and timely
• Monitor daily transactions such as fund transfers and data collection
• Assist on special projects as needed

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking ability
• Show initiative and be proactive
• Be highly organized, both electronically and with paper
• Quality-driven with a strong sense of accountability
• Diagnose problems and offer resolution
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Be open and flexible in a dynamic environment
• Operate standard office equipment
• Use required software applications, including Microsoft Office 365 and established databases
• Advanced Excel (PowerBuilder, macros), SQL, Crystal Reports, or other related skills are a plus

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or other technical field of study or equivalent knowledge and experience

Pay

$55,000.00 - $68,016.00
