Operations Analyst - Margin Call Management

Responsibilities

• Manage margin calls across cleared and non-cleared derivatives activity
• Perform collateral reconciliations and maintain related controls
• Support regulatory operations and reporting activities
• Prepare operational reports, analyses, and performance summaries
• Identify and contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant post-trade operations experience
• Experience in collateral management or margin management operations
• Background in cleared and/or non-cleared derivatives
• Strong reconciliation and controls experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and complex reporting

Desired Skills

• Experience with OTC derivatives
• Exposure to regulatory margin or regulatory reporting
• Middle office or trade support experience
• Experience with VBA, Python, Power BI, Tableau, dashboarding, or KPI reporting
