Responsibilities
- Develops queries, reports, and analysis to support supply chain activities including inventory production levels to ensure on-time delivery of product to both internal and external customers
- Maintains inventory and production flow, proactively supports adjustments to the production plan, and communicates any potential customer impacts
- Serves as a key member of the monthly Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) process, supporting production capacity, output, expense, and inventory forecasting
- Supports the monthly and ongoing updates to the production plan with a high level of customer service
- Conducts production and capacity planning analysis, develops operations metrics, and provides support for continuous improvement
- Supports tissue yield and resource optimization initiatives by conducting analysis and reporting
- Supports standard cost updates and performs cost estimates and analyses for new products and operations improvement projects
- Conducts financial analyses for project payback and return on investment (ROI)
- Supports quality assurance and system through historical data analysis to support audits, statistical modeling, and design of experiments
- Builds effective relationships and provides a high level of customer service with all RTI departments at all levels
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, information systems, or another applicable field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or supply-chain related field
