Operations Analyst II with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Tracks special duty and ad hoc actions
• Captures facilities management
• Sends work orders in support of facilities maintenance and computer repair services
• Monitors and manages internal communications and workflows using SharePoint or other designated systems
• Prepares documentation to support equipment purchases and management
• Verifies security clearances, provides security access badges, provides SMO code via the Defense Information Security System (DISS), and coordinates and provides escort duties
• Participates in recurring meetings
• Sends requests or tickets for service
• Writes and updates scenarios for operational planning and emergency preparedness
• Prepares quarterly/annual reports
• Works with the APG Installation Management Command (IMCOM) to complete the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) IAW AR 5-18 quarterly, and updates the stationing plan if/when there is a growth to the organization
• Participates in IPTs and coordination meetings and attends and coordinates all high-visibility visits by conducting tasks such as scheduling office calls, creating agendas, arranging transportation, providing meal plans, providing administrative and protocol expertise, providing audiovisual support, and printing briefing packages
• Captures and prepares meeting minutes
• Develops materials or presents training for professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required.
• 10 years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education
• Demonstrated experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions, and in the application of information technology

Pay

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
