Operations Analyst - Full Time

About the Role

A subject matter expert serving as a liaison between Technology Services and Emergency Services, focusing on automating workflows and supporting an Emergency Department Information System (EDIS).

Responsibilities

• Devise or modify IT solutions to address complex clinical business system challenges, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Train staff and ensure competency in EDIS systems, coordinating with IT for secure access.
• Collaborate with Clinical Engineering for equipment functionality.
• Lead projects related to EDIS design, planning, and implementation across departments.
• Support new and existing software applications, including conversions and downtime management.
• Develop end-user training materials and documentation.
• Manage departmental payroll, time tracking, and attendance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or related field.
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to teach, mentor, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to follow-through.
• Licensure relevant to the field.
