Operations Analyst - Financial Services - Dallas
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing team working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions. As an Analyst, you will learn while working for Delta Capita’s clients in a fast-paced environment with support and training provided. You will be placed on a project within Delta Capita’s Post Trade Services team. Over time, the role offers the opportunity to rotate across different areas of financial institutions and multiple clients, enabling you to gain exposure to various areas of the Financial Services Industry. This is an exciting and varied opportunity for anyone looking to kick-start their career in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the client is set up to trade with relevant and accurate data matched with signed agreements (Defaults/pricing/commissions etc.)
- Investigate and resolve breaks impacting regulatory reporting (transactional reporting)
- Monitor trades and work with the desk to ensure trade flows downstream
- Answer queries from clients
- Handle BAU tasks such as trade-related queries, trade settlements, and booking of conversion trades/transfers
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders (e.g., settlement team, asset servicing team, conversion team)

- Middle Office Analyst

Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree within a Finance or Banking-related field
- Internship experience within Finance or Banking
