About the role

The Financial Analyst will partner with Site leadership to assist in data analysis and decision making in support of the financial health of Enovis’ Foot & Ankle Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of foundational experience as a financial analyst, cost analyst, or inventory control analyst in a manufacturing environment. As a member of the Finance team, the Financial Analyst must be data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze manufacturing process costing, identify variances, and drive adjustments to standards.
  • Function as a liaison between departments to provide insight and support process improvement associated with manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support to individual cost center managers.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and costing and support cost related reporting and analysis.
  • Own the analysis and reporting of inventory tracking.
  • Affirm compliance with cycle count programs.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of physical inventory audits.
  • Assist in supporting data requests from internal and external auditors.
  • Prepare ad-hoc data analysis and reports for operations management as needed.

Requirements

Minimum Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field of study
  • 2-4 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong Excel skills to include the ability to build detailed models and manipulate large amounts of data
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite

Skills

Ability to articulate clearly with professional oral and written communication skills.
